If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request:

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

    • Replace the item
    • Issue a refund
    • Offer store credit

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.


🚫 Change of Mind / Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

    • Change of mind
    • Sale or promotional items
    • Gift cards
    • Items that have been used, worn, or opened

If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel or amend your order before it is processed or dispatched.


🌍 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must be:

    • In original condition
    • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
