All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it is sent to our fulfilment partner for packing and shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand (Primary Market)
  • Oceania (including Australia, Fiji, Samoa, etc.)
  • International destinations across Europe, Asia, North America, and more

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we may not yet support shipping to your location.

For orders shipped outside New Zealand, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
